Crane Appliance is a local, family owned company. We are an authorized, service provider for all major and premium manufacturers. We employ a full staff of professionally trained customer service representatives to answer any questions you may have. We employ eight full time factory trained technicians that cover all of Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. All of our technicians are certified through Plus One Solutions the industry leader in background, driving record, and drug testing. You will feel comfortable with our technicians in your home.
We will provide expert service backed by fair and honest pricing. Our flat rate service charge covers trip, diagnosis, and labor (parts additional). A flat rate allows you to know what the cost of the repair is before starting. If your appliance is deemed un-repairable you will be presented with a fifty dollar store credit towards the purchase of a new appliance.
